Architecture firm eConception uses collaborative tools to build its business

Architecture company eConception offers a range of services including consultancy, surveys and energy audits. Established at the start of 2014, it makes active use of Google for Work, which allow its staff to collaborate effectively by sharing files such as photographs and plans with external engineers and designers.

The firm also uses Maps and Street View on a daily basis. “They give us rapid access to key information about our projects, for example before submitting quotes or planning applications,” explains Managing Architect Frédéric Odent.

The firm also uses Google AdWords and Google Analytics which, Odent says, have contributed to the growth of the business. “Google tools are inexpensive, fun to use and very practical. Google for Work has boosted our productivity, whilst AdWords has helped us to find new clients.”
