SPES - Medieval Market is an online shop created by and for enthusiasts of the Middle Ages. Since 2007 it’s been selling high-quality replicas of medieval artefacts, such as weaponry, furniture, jewellery and clothing. In addition, SPES - Medieval Market prides itself on its impeccable service, which it sees as essential to being successful online. One of the shop’s initial goals was to break into foreign markets. The company knew Google AdWords ad campaigns were effective, and has been using them together with Google Analytics since it launched. The way the two tools work together has had a great impact on the company, which has gone from being a one-man band to employing five people.
